Work at Barking Mad never stops but it is often fun ???? last weekend we helped raise over £900 for a local charity that supports a school in Gambia. Www.gam-ble.co.uk This doubled up with marketing and walking round Bewl water. We cheated and just walked 8.25 miles rather than the full 13 having stopped for lunch at the Bull. We then took a ride on the lake taxi back for a well earned coffee.
Just some of our July dogs on their holidays. Of particular note is Bear just 14 weeks old this husky cross malamute needed a short notice trip as his owner was put out of action by appendicitis. Thanks sel (host) for all the extra work you had to put in.
Willow is having a wonderful time. Willow the lab is a lucky pup, not only has her owner paid for her to have holiday, but lovely host Lisa has organised other dogs to play! It's not all play though as Lisa will be taking Willow out to meet lots of people and dogs as part of her on going training.
Working for Barking Mad is not just a question of matching nice dogs with super hosts. There is a lot goes on behind the scenes. Shown here is one of the nice bits, a marketing trip to Hythe.
A nice walk along the Military canal into town and back to the terminus of the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway.
