Dog Home Boarding in Lancaster
When booking a dog holiday, you can rest assured that Barking Mad dog boarding in Lancaster fully complies with the new animal licencing legislation introduced in 2018. In fact, we were delighted to be awarded a 5* quality rating by Lancaster City Council! My carefully selected hosts are true dog lovers and the dedication and affection shown to visiting dogs is wonderfu. The visiting dogs become part of the family whilst on holiday. For further reassurance, you can find out what my customers really think of the service by reading my independent Trustpilot reviews. They can be located further down the page.
When I first heard about Barking Mad, I thought that it was a fantastic concept. I couldn’t wait to find out more. I bought an established business in 2013 and have been delighted to watch it grow, with plenty of hard work, enthusiasm and dedication. After a career in banking and then childcare. I was looking for a change of direction and feel so lucky that I now get to spend every working day with lovely dogs and fellow dog lovers. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the old cliché about never working with children or animals!
I live in Bare Village, Morecambe, with my husband Kevin. And until recently our three sons, who have now left home. We have been truly blessed to have shared our family life with two golden retrievers. Deefor and TJ, who were worthy successors to the canine companions I shared my younger years with.
If you see my distinctive Barking Mad cars out and about chauffeuring doggy holidaymakers, please do give us a wave. It will either be myself or a member of my team working hard to provide 5* rated dog holidays in Lancaster, Morecambe, Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Galgate and all the places in between.
