Thank you so much for an excellent, friendly and professional service. Our local franchisee was so helpful from our initial enquiry and we very much appreciated her support and advice, having recently “adopted” Tramp from the RSPCA. It was re-assuring to know that Tramp would be looked after well. It was great to get the feedback from his stay, a lovely touch. He came back looking healthy and happy, what more could we want?! But we were very pleased to have him home again, and I think he was glad to see us too! Thank you once again.
