"As this was the 1st time I have used a service like this, you could say I was very extremely apprehensive. Steve from Barking Mad came to our house to register Jess (German Shepherd)and carry out an appraisal of her to assess who would be best suited to looking after her. Having met Steve and discussed the service he offered, he went some way to allaying my fears.
Steve arrived promptly as arranged on the date in question and took Jess to her interim family. I was delighted to receive regular updates and photo's via txt updating me on Jess's time with her new family.
I would like to thank Steve for the service he provides and also my heartfelt thanks to Dave and Cheryl for looking after Jess.
As you can all probably gather from this, I highly recommend this service and will definitely be using Barking Mad again!!"

"We think that the Barking Mad operation is great! We really like to know that our Golden Retriever is going to be in a family setting, as he would be with us, and is being looked after by people who really love dogs. We also get text messages from our lovely Barking Mad lady plus a report card when he comes home at the end of his stay.
Worth every penny!"

"We would also like to say a big thank you for looking after Lulah during our recent holiday. It's the first time Lulah has been away from us during our 4 years together but she obviously enjoyed her time with Angela and after meeting you and the team we went on holiday with confidence and reassurance. Will certainly call on you again!"

"This was the first time we had used Barking Mad and were a bit apprehensive as a couple of dog boarding experiences elsewhere had left Cassie anxious and withdrawn.
Trisha came to visit us a while before our planned break to explain how the service worked, and spent time taking notes of Cassie's likes and dislikes and generally getting to know her. Cassie also has a skin condition that requires periods of medication, Trisha reassured us that this would not be a problem to host families.
Cassie was chauffeured by Trisha to stay with Val & Colin. On her return although pleased to be home, we could tell by her body language that she had had a great time away and had been well cared for. Its such great peace of mind that we can go away and know that Cassie is happy on her holiday too!"
