This was our first time away from Sandy, who is our first dog and still only 1 year old, we can’t tell you how reassured Barking Mad made us feel regarding his time with his host family and the full service you provided. Thank you so much for your communication leading up to and throughout his stay and we could tell immediately on his return how well he had been cared for and how easy you made the transition for him and for all of us.  Please pass on our thanks to his host family for giving him such a super time and how much he had enjoyed being with a family that had their own dog giving him a much loved playmate. It will be lovely to know that he will easily fit in again. We will happily be using you again this year and will recommend you highly to all other dog owners looking for this kind of service.

Thank you so much for organising care for Juno over a weekend, I cannot say how wonderful it was to go away and know that she was going to get as much care and attention as if she was with us, in fact I think she definitely got a lot more love and attention than a week day at home. You made this weekend so easy, we will really have no qualms sending Juno on another holiday when we need to go away again and cannot take her!
