I live in the tranquil village of Kibworth Harcourt with my husband, two sons and our adorable dogs, Archie the Border terrier and Pippa our 12-year-old Patterdale cross.
Our dogs are a huge part of our lives and we love to spend time going for walks in the surrounding countryside – and have been known to stop off at the local pub to refuel before returning home on a summer’s evening!
Before joining Barking Mad I had a varied and interesting career, most recently working for a local NHS charity raising money for a new children’s hospital. I made the decision to start a Barking Mad dog care business as I wanted to combine my love of dogs and meeting people – and know only too well the challenges involved in finding excellent dog care for those all-important holidays. In fact, I wish I had discovered Barking Mad many years ago!
I feel privileged to be running a business where I meet amazing customers and like-minded dog-loving hosts and see the joy my service brings to both. It’s a win-win!
