Our hosts volunteer purely for the love of dogs: they adhere to our strict set of guidelines set down by the business and the Local Authority and are fully covered by our insurances and license.
We always trial your dog before their actual holiday for a day or two to establish your dog’s routine and introduce them to their holiday host. This ensures you can go away with complete confidence and peace of mind. Our hosts are often are retired or work from home, have access to safe, dog-friendly local walks, and have secure gardens.
We share photos and videos of our hosts in their homes and they get a full set of instructions of the care they will provide that we design together in our registration meeting. This rigorous process ensures your precious pet will get all the undivided love and attention they deserve without any of the anxieties associated with multi-boarding or kennels. Starting from the moment they are collected from your home to be chauffeured to one of our vetted hosts, every aspect of their care has been carefully thought out and considered so that you can go away on your holiday with the security and knowledge that your dog is in very safe hands.
As an existing customer you will already have been matched with a family to care for your dog who are often very happy to offer a daily dog sitting service. Your host will already be familiar with the care of your dog and we will arrange a visit to your home to assist with creating a bespoke package for dog sitting in your own home. We offer a daily or overnight service tailor made to your pets and holiday needs.
