A Cause Close to Our Hearts

This year’s campaign has felt especially personal for everyone at Barking Mad. Earlier this year, our wonderful colleague Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her strength, optimism and resilience have inspired us all – uniting the entire Franchise Brands B2C family in support of her and this important cause.

Pink, Proud and Full of Pawsitivity!

From our head office team, to dog-loving franchisees across the UK, the Barking Mad network went all-in on pink! We wore our specially branded pink t-shirts (kindly printed free of charge by our uniform supplier Your Name On It), baked treats, and came together to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s leading breast cancer charity driving world-class research and life-changing support.

Going the Distance: 100 Miles in October

AmyAlongside “Wear it Pink” day, many colleagues – including Amy herself – are taking part in Breast Cancer Now’s “100 Miles in October” challenge, walking, running and cycling hundreds of miles to raise even more for the cause. Every mile matters, showing just how powerful a community can be when it comes together with love and determination.

“Amy’s courage has inspired us all,” said Rebecca de Chair, Group Marketing Manager – B2C Division. “Taking part in both ‘Wear it Pink’ and the ‘100 Miles in October’ challenge has given everyone across our brands a chance to come together – to do something active, positive and meaningful in support of her and this incredible charity.”
