After an initial phone conversation to determine whether a suitable local territory was available, whether they were a good match for our business and in a position to proceed financially, our new franchisees were invited to attend our head office in the Lake District for an interview with Managing Director, Lee Dancy. Visiting our head office, meeting our professional support team and seeing our contact centre in action is a very important step in establishing a relationship, to determine if a business partnership would be mutually desired.
Once the application process is complete, the next step is for new franchise owners to join us at head office for a week’s initial training, as seen in the pictures above. We provide a comprehensive in house training course where all aspects of the business are covered including:
