VAT on vet bills
The online petition asking the PM to remove VAT from vet bills has been set up by Barking Mad customer Stephen Windsor as seen in the November issue of Dogs Today page 38. He quotes "this is a tax on sick and dying animals and can often mean the difference between an animal living or having to be destroyed.
