"Everything worked well. We are extremely satisfied with the service Carole provided and, more importantly, Ruby seemed happy! Having Ruby collected and dropped off is a very easy & important part of the process; regular texts whilst we were away reassured us that Ruby was fine and being well looked after. We will definitely continue to use Carole & Barking Mad."

"Barking Mad have been looking after Millie for several years now. They provide an excellent & reliable service. Tina is always on time & Millie is always really keen to go on her own holiday! I receive updates on how she is and have even been given a lovely photo album of Millie's stay! She always comes home happy and playful!"

"We stumbled across Barking Mad after seeing his car around Helston. After taking a look at the website we decided to contact Gary for an informal chat the reason being that our dog Monty just hates kennels. Gary was calm and professional and Monty was totally at ease with him straight away. The whole process was so great we thought Monty was going off to stay with a family member.
Monty had a great time while we were away and we got regular updates from Gary saying how Monty was getting on as well as pictures.
We will only be using Barking Mad whenever we go away now as the process and care is second to none and so smoothly taken care of by Gary."

"Very happy with the service. Service was professional but friendly. Reassured by the attention to detail with regard to "Toffee's" needs and routine before we left him with host family, and delighted to receive updates on how he was settling in while we were on holiday. Would not hesitate to employ Barking Mad again. Thanks"

"We were a bit worried about leaving our dog with some people we would not be able to meet. Nevertheless, we felt reassured after the professional way the pre-holiday interview was conducted and seeing the accurate summary that was provided for the host.
I must say that after the nearly three days he spent on his trial stay, we were really relaxed to see that he seemed happy, did not show any signs of depression and also was in very good condition considering his dietary problems and his aversion to be with other dogs.
We have already booked him for a longer holiday later on this month in the confidence that he will be looked after well."
