I can’t praise this service enough. Lindsay Williams the proprietor was very co-operative, friendly, at the same time being very business like. I felt totally at ease at the prospect of going away for a week leaving my dog in her care. The time she spent meeting Aimee (my dog) and I was wonderful and the write up that she completed about all of Aimee’s requirements was spot on. Barking Mad is certainly an exceptional company that I will look forward to using again in the future.
I must say how impressed I was with your assessment of Molly last week – very professional. So much so that I have recommended you to a lady who comes in the pub where I work (we have lots of dogs in our dog-friendly pub). She has two beautiful Red Setters (Maddy and Molly can you believe) and is going away in September but doesn’t know what she’ll do with the dogs as she, like me, hates kennels – so I gave her your name, but unfortunately did not have a card on me. So you will know were the lead comes from if and when she gets in touch.
Reilly was pleased with a lovely host family and we could go on holiday with no worries.
We were impressed with the efficiency and care shown to us and Oliver. Although the service is much dearer than kennels the quality of care is obviously way ahead! You cannot compare five star hotels with a guest house!
